Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Spa Bellissima. We truly value your business and kindly ask that you review and respect our appointment policies below.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid inconveniencing other clients. The full-service fee will still apply. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a $25 no-show fee.

After-Hours & Weekend Appointments

Full prepayment is required for all after-hours and weekend appointments. These appointments are subject to the same cancellation policy outlined above.
